  Don’t Quit He was six years old when his father died. Dropped out of his class in 7 th grade he struggled in his initial growing years. Worked in railways as labour and later also studied Law but there also he didn’t succeed. Further, he tried selling Life Insurances and was fired due to insubordination. Went to the ferry boat business again no luck. Until the age of 40, he started selling chicken in Service stations. Sanders opened his first restaurant inside a gas station. Sanders served in the military but was an honorary colonel.   He struggled there for 4 years; his restaurant was burned during World War. His recipe was rejected 1009 times before anyone accepted it. Sanders Secret recipe was coined as “Kentucky Fried Chicken -KFC“Which quickly became a hit.   Believe in your idea Are you ready to take the next step or responsibility? Things will happen when they are supposed to happen, things take time. Like if you join  Gym, and want to be fit, this will not happen in a day or two, you have to start from basics, and increase your core strength & then move towards complex exercises and in few months you will see benefits. We   look for instantaneous results, we need to keep trying if we believe that this is good and as an idea, I want to pursue the same. Same as you started meditating, you will not receive enlightenment or peace as you are expecting on day one, when you become hardened via practice you will achieve that state. Things happen gradually with proper practice, experience, and hard work. In Hindi, we say it as “Tapasya”.   Every Problem has a Solution We have always heard about the Solution Mindset; Problems are everywhere but in the 21 st Century people are respected who are coming with Solutions. New jobs will be for the people who provides solutions . Everyone wants that people if approaching them should not just approach with problems but with proposed solutions. Managers like employees who come to them with Solutions as 90% of teams come with problems and their role becomes that of Solution finder. We know the Quote if you keep on doing the same thing you will keep on getting the same results. you must change the approach to get different results , you need to realize this fast and take an alternative approach to get to solutions faster.
