    It's Not About Right or Wrong Some of you might have seen Sridevi's Movie English-Vinglish, it thought me a fundamental lesson of being non-Judgmental.   A question triggered me; why do people judge? Why do people get biased? And What are these Biases?  And I decided to research on same and hence below the blog.   Two months ago, our Customer documentation team sent a notification regarding usage of few words, like whitelist & Blacklist, Master & slave.   Wake Up – Choose On a Friday night a  man drank heavily while returning home he got bruises. After reaching home, he quickly went to the bathroom and dressed up his bruises and swiftly slipped into his bedroom without being noticed by anyone. Next day When is Woke up his wife asked him, did you had drink yesterday, he Confidently said No I didn't, as he knew no one noticed while he came home. Man's wife dragged him to the bathroom and pointed towards the mirror , where all the band-aids were put instead on his body bruises !!!  AND this is what happens with us every day where we put band-aids on the mirror, not on ourselves where the bruises are !!!   We don't try to fix ourselves, and we have to wake up and take action on the path chosen or things we want to repair . We always feel another person has to be corrected or she/he has to better themselves and we are right. But in most of the cases, it is opposite, and it is we who has to change not the other person.
