#5 : Every Problem has a Solution

Every problem has a Solution

I think we need proper perspective, attitude and right-thinking to reach a solution. How many of us always be on solution mindset, that means we still want to resolve the issue, find solutions.

Usually, people have their default settings as "no". You ask something someone to do, 1st you will receive an answer as No, and then once you tell details, pursue you may be talking towards an agreement

According to studies done, we have two kinds of mindsets Fixed and growth mindset. In growth mindset we keep learning, we are flexible, we try to fix, we let go, we understand, we go for solutions.

One anecdote which I wanted to share. There was an old man who died and left 17 camels to be divided among his three sons.  He told that his 1st son should get half of the camels, 2nd son should get one-third camels, and 3rd son one-ninth camels. So, if you see none of it divides by 17.

They started fighting and trying to see how can we divide the camels. Then they went up to an old lady, who understood the problem and gave them one camel from her side to make it 18 and asked them to divide as per their father wish.

So, if you 1st one gets 9, 2nd gets six and 3rd get 2, 9+6+2=17, All got their share and were happy, they even returned one camelback to old lady, which they have taken from her.

With this story, we can see how with some out of box thinking, perspective and wish to solve the issue problems can be solved and hence every problem has a solution.
