  "Potter Behind the Pot "   Good Morning Madam, all the Class Five students greeted   Mrs Thompson as she entered the class. Very Lovely morning to you all, She greeted them back. Although she gave a lovely morning wish, Teddy was one student she didn't like, as he was notorious , Shabby, not sincere and used to distract in her class. Good Afternoon fellow Toastmasters and Dear Guests   Teddy   doesn't use to concentrate or listen in class. Soon   Midterm exams happened, Mrs Thompson prepared a progress report of her class. While reviewing the reports, Headmistress commented I don't see any progress in Teddy's report, as Mrs Thompson specifically wrote all negative comments about him.   Headmistress wanted to know how this boy was in his previous classes, so she requested his previous year's report cards.                When she opened his file, there was a surprise for her....

  Mentoring  Mowgli – Baheera- Bhaloo (Earning your   Victories )   Lao Tzu said, "When the Student is ready teacher will appear and when Student is really ready teacher will disappear ".                 In our childhood and even now, we enjoy kids' movies and serials,   one the popular one was   Jungle book. Apart from protagonist   Mowgli, there were two more prominent characters Bagheera the Black Panther and Bhaloo . Bhaghira saved Mowgli from the clutches of The Sher Khan, and he was part of Mowglis' adventurous journey.   Daily D.O.S.E  of Happiness  Have we ever analysed why the boat or ship gets drowned in the water,   is it because of the water outside the boat, which is, in abundance?   OR   it is because of the water which has gone inside the boat, which topples the boat?   Building Relationships                    When we think of building relationships, we have to think about a long-term relationship, which will only lead to building your network and strengthening your Relations.                What can be done , if you are not already doing, is to start eating family dinner or lunch daily or as many times as possible. OR if you are in Office pick up some colleague and eat with them, make sure you Never Eat Alone.   With this   perspective and trigger, your mindset will change and will give a boost to your relationships.     As you might have heard an African proverb, " If you want to go fast go Alone, while if you want to GO far Go together " No one alone can do great things we need teams, people, and that's why Never eat alone, Increase your Network.
