Rituals
Rituals are the
series of actions performed in a prescribed manner regularly whenever it is
done. So, let us have a few Daily rituals to
bring about change in your lives.
1. (Exercise Ritual) First Ritual I want you to adopt is of Daily Exercise Ritual. As we know, health is wealth, but the irony is that
when we have health at a younger age, we go after wealth, and once we have
accumulated wealth, we use the same for curing healthy aliments. So why not
preserve health and wealth from the beginning. Recently Corona has taught us
how much our health is essential. With a healthy body and mind, you will be
able to achieve what you aspire, so please take care of your health. This also
means being aware of your health by doing regular health checkups and taking
preventive measures.
2. (Gratitude Ritual) Second on I want you all to adopt is Paying Gratitude. This is to be thankful
and be appreciative of the people around us. We have so many people impacting
our lives daily, extending support, etc. We have been miser in saying simple
Thankyou with a smile. So, with this ritual, we should extend Gratitude towards
all such people around us who interact and impact us. Develop Attitude of Gratitude.
3. (Planning Ritual) The third ritual to adopt is to Plan for a day in
advance. Things that are planned are the things that get done. If you want something to be done, block the
time in advance, and it will get done. Don’t wander around after getting up
from bed and trying to fill the day. Fill your day with purpose. The purpose of
your should be LIFE with PURPOSE. Make
a ritual of proper planning daily morning. This helps us work effectively and
efficiently throughout the day, week, year.
4. (Family meal Ritual) The fourth ritual is to have Family Meal together whenever possible. As you may have heard, “family
eats together lives together, “and if not, possibly go for a family walk or have
a small get-together every day. And make sure this is Digital & Screen-free.
The idea is to have family time together, and the best way is to have meals
together. This is the significant investment you will be making towards your
life which will reap your results in manifolds.
