Every Problem has a Solution

We have always heard about the Solution Mindset; Problems are everywhere but in the 21^st Century people are respected who are coming with Solutions. New jobs will be for the people who provides solutions. Everyone wants that people if approaching them should not just approach with problems but with proposed solutions. Managers like employees who come to them with Solutions as 90% of teams come with problems and their role becomes that of Solution finder.

We know the Quote if you keep on doing the same thing you will keep on getting the same results. you must change the approach to get different results, you need to realize this fast and take an alternative approach to get to solutions faster.

An Old man died and left with Seventeen Camel to be divided among his three Sons. He told that First Son to be given half of them, second one to be given one-third and third one to be given one-ninth.

But no way 17 camels could be divided like that. They had a big fight among themselves but could not resolve the issue. They seek help from the old Wise lady of the village, they approached her and told her their peculiar problem. After contemplating she gave one camel from her side and so it became 18 camels and now, she said divide as per your father wish. They went ahead and divided, 18/2=9; 18/3=6, 18/8=2 Total 17. They returned one left Camel to that old wise lady. So, everyone was sorted, lady got her camel back, while three sons were able to divide camels as per their father wish.

Sometimes we need alternative thinking, we need third-person, intervention, fresh outlook for the alternatives. We should spend more time in exploring, asking, listening, experimenting, reflecting, striving, and becoming.

Sometimes we don’t try, we must release our attachments to outcome. We are afraid of being judged or of failures or success or stumbling, there is no reason to really worry, we need to develop sense of fearlessness.
