#4: Daily Rituals - Install these !!!



Rituals are a series of actions performed in a prescribed manner regularly whenever it is done. So, let us take a vow to do /work on few Daily rituals to bring in the change in your lives.

 

1.     (Exercise Ritual) First Ritual I want you to adopt is of Daily Exercise Ritual. As we know, Health is wealth, but the irony is that when we have Health in younger age, we go after wealth and once we have accumulated wealth we use the same for curing health ailments. So why not preserve Health and wealth from beginning.

2.     (Gratitude Ritual) Second on, I want you all to adopt is Paying Gratitude. To be thankful and be appreciative of people around us. We have so many people impacting our lives daily, extending support etc. We have been miser in saying simple Thankyou with a smile. So, with this Ritual, we should extend Gratitude towards all such person around us which we are interacting and impacting us.

3.     (Planning Ritual) The third Ritual to adopt is    Plan for a day in advance. Things which are planned are the things which get done.  If you want something to be done, block the time in advance, and it will get done. Make the Ritual of proper planning daily morning. It helps us work effectively and efficiently.

4.     (Family meal Ritual) The fourth Ritual is to have a Family Meal together whenever possible. As you may have heard "family eats together lives together "and if not possible go for a family walk or have small get-together every day. And make sure this Digital & Screen-free. The idea is to have family time together, and the best way is to have meals together.

 

So, by installing/adopting/ following rituals, any or all of these daily, we will make a significant impact on our lives.

    1. Yes but with small daily incremental try it can be attained . Even if you try 5 mins /day or week that is also fine . Lets say you wake up ate 8am or 9am , try waking up 7:55 or 8:55 am and weekly decrement by 5 mins , you will not notice that in 6 months you will be waking up at around 5-6am what you wanted .
